SKYTECH MEDIA SERVICES, LLC only operates by obey every single law stated by the FAA.  We run our business under the FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107) and we hold a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA.  Safety is our first priority by following all regulations, operating requirements and procedures to safely fly drones.

As part of our commitment to have safety as our first priority, we are insured by Droneinsurance.com (3 Million liability insurance) which gives us the ability to include an extra line of defense on flying drones safely.

SKYTECH MEDIA SERVICES, LLC always triple check airspace restrictions and ability to fly legally at the different locations. By working closely with local agencies that control the airspace in Maryland we are able to plan ahead and give notice of our operations when required.

Flying drones commercially or hiring someone to fly for you without being properly licensed, certified, and registered is illegal.
